Last night, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York hosted the 2013 Met Gala. This year’s theme was “Punk: From Chaos To Couture.” For many celebrities, this was the first time they had used the word “punk” in a sentence that wasn’t “Have my assistant get me Daft Punk tickets.” It was also an excuse for them to spend $10,000 to spike their hair up and play punk dress up for a night. I bought these adorable size 6 Aldo shoes during the winter but they’re a size too small for me. They’ve never been worn and are too cute to go to waste. They were originally $40 but ill go for less. Let me know if anyone’s interested. They’re also more of a coral pink but this photo makes them brighter looking.

Long Term Exposure Photos of Fireworks

Photographer David Johnson captures the International Fireworks Show in Ottawa, Canada using an unusual photographic technique of long term exposure. His photos of fireworks look more like bacteria under a microscope. The results are amazing.
